Revised weight problem?
I just asked how to lose 10 pds. QUICK! My birthday is coming up and I have this amazing vintage dress, just doesnt fit the way i want it to… I cant NOT eat, I love food! And Im not saying im a cow Im pretty average type o chick 5′6″/ 130pds…. I chase my 4 yr old around all day long. Hike every other week. Im guessing the beer intake on weekends is killing me…
Besides the obvious – stop drinking the beer, how can I lose those few 10-15 pds with only 2 1/2 weeks to go???
I’m sorry, but short of cutting off one of your limbs, you can’t. It’s physically impossible to lose that much weight that quickly. You waited too long. And you’ll make yourself sick if you try, and end up missing this event.
If you only want to lose the ten pounds to be able to wear some dress, you will gain it all back and more once you stop whatever it was you did to lose the weight. True weight loss only happens with a lifestyle change.

But did you know that Scooby is only a nickname? (For that matter, so is Shaggy.) Or that there have been four separate theme songs,… |
